King Komb is open and processing orders as normal. We are taking necessary precautions to safely package your products. Due to the ongoing health crisis, some carriers may be delayed in the processing of your package and we are seeing longer transit times than normal.
Your tracking may say "pre-shipment" even though it was shipped. It is taking longer for the carrier to scan packages.

Shipping within the US
We ship via DHL and USPS unless a different method is selected at checkout. Transit time is generally 3-5 business days. Our shipping cut off time is 12pm EST for same day orders unless product is on back order. Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, FPO: We ship to these area using USPS standard or Priority mail.
FEDEX shipments within the US: ALL FEDEX ORDERS PLACED BY 12PM EST ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY. IF PLACED AFTER 12 PM, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Please note that weather delays may occur and Fedex does not guarantee or reimburse for deliveries delayed due to weather. PO Box addresses are NOT accepted for Fedex deliveries.
Changes to your order prior to shipping: Please call 754-216-5888 to speak to a team member to confirm the change. Changes can only be confirmed over the phone and not via email.
All Other Countries : We ship via DHL Global Mail. Transit time can range from 6 to 12 business days. Delays may occur due to customs. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or traditional fees charges by the destination country. You will be contacted by the proper agency to pay those additional fees in order to receive your package.
International shipping charges are not refundable if customer does not pick up the parcel in a timely manner and/or refuses the parcel and customs are forced to return the parcel to us
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) within 30 days. We will gladly exchange or refund. All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or just wish to exchange
- Items being returned must be unopened, in original packaging or less than 30% used to qualify for a refund.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with order number or the original packing slip.
- All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer.
- We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your returned product(s) back to us.
